In terms of marketing, we found you through Craigslist. Before listing, I went through listings and then did some research on Google and found some info on your background. I also think that offering the staging services as part of your package is a real differentiator. I do not believe that most agents are offering this service and I think it made all the difference on selling our home so quickly. I think these type of statistics are impressive to prospective clients. I think sometimes the Million Dollar Club, etc. can be a little less impressive to those of us not in the industry. With the price of homes these days, I didn't really know whether I should be impressed by that."
