Karina set her mind to forming an efficient and effective team of trusted individuals who displayed the same high caliber of work-ethic and results-oriented focus. Specialized in handling the specific issues that buyers face in the current Portland market, Leslie has honed her expertise in enthusiastically assisting clients find their perfect home. Utilizing her distinct knowledge base and powerful negotiation strategies, Leslie consistently ensures that each buyer obtains the most for their dollar. Having a devoted agent willing to go the extra mile and committed to each search means clients enjoy an unmatched level of service, many becoming life-long friends. Leslie truly goes above and beyond for her clients and her team.
Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management & Leadership, Kierra expertly oversees the day-to-day operations of the Karina Stark Team. Efficiently handling listing & transaction coordination and client correspondence, Kierra has been an integral part of the team and to each client’s home buying and selling process for 9 years. Her dedication to operating at the highest level of customer service, for both team members and clients, ensures that each transaction experience is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Her positive attitude and impressive sense of urgency are invaluable to each person she works with.
With over 6 years of leadership experience and over 4 years in marketing, social media advertising and communications, Julienne is a specialist in creating and managing digital content to build relationships for organizations and individuals. Julienne’s interest in human factors in the business and marketing world led her to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a short time later shifted her focus to Real Estate Marketing. Her keen eye for design and excellent communication skills make her an integral member of The Karina Stark Team.
